YOU can!
If you:
- Live, work, attend school, volunteer or worship in Kings County, Laton, Riverdale, Coalinga
OR
- Someone in your immediate family is a FAST Member
What you need to open your account online:
- Government issued ID/Drivers License/State ID or Passport with current address
- Your complete physical and mailing address
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth

- Organization Resolution (on New Account App) signed by Secretary
- Copy of Minutes from Board Meeting showing approval of who can access account
- Tax ID
