Image Guidelines

FAST Credit Union has the sole discretion to accept or reject any image. The guidelines below will help you choose an acceptable image. If your image does not meet these image guidelines, or if we reject it for any other reason, we will send you an email and invite you to try again using a different image. FAST Credit Union reserves the right to exclude anyone from future use of the My Card Create service who submits or repeatedly submits images that do not follow image guidelines.

Image Requirements

  • Your image must be at least 840x840 pixels

  • No more than 10MB in size

  • Use a high quality image-the better your image, the better your final card will look

  • Picture file can be either JPEG (.jpg), PNG, GIF, Bitmap (.bmp) or TIFF formats

 

Please note: The larger the image you choose, the longer it will take to upload

 

Images that include any of the following will be rejected:

  • Political statements

  • Advertising, promotional text, slogans

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material

  • Phone numbers/URL's

  • Brand names or branded product

  • Socially unacceptable groups

  • Celebrities, athletes, musicians, public figures, etc.

  • Images of currency

  • Provocative or sexual material

  • Profanity or obscenities

  • Alcohol or tobacco

  • Violence, firearms, weapons or ammunition

  • Any content that might result in problems at point or sale or interfere with security features of the card

  • Any content that might infringe, denigrate or dilute the VISA brand or its member financial institution

  • References to any VISA sponsorship property, such as the Olympics or NASCAR

  • MasterCard, American Express or any other payment brand references

  • Any image FAST Credit Union deems unacceptable to be associated with the FAST Credit Union branding

Business Members

Business cards may display your own company logo, an image depicting your business "storefront," or another image that captures an aspect of your business, provided it meets the Image Guidelines listed above.
