What You'll Do
- Lead the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of member programs, products, and services.
- Partner with teams across Lending, Branch Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Support Services to bring ideas to life.
- Analyze program performance, member feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Help create a consistent, exceptional member experience across branches, digital services, and the Call Center.
- Support program launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports that help guide organizational decisions.
- Ensure programs are well-documented, compliant, operationally efficient, and positioned for long-term success.
What You'll Bring
