IT Computer Support Specialist
Full-Time (40 hours)
Position located in our Hanford Branch with Great Benefits.
Are you an IT Superhero? Do you love coming to the rescue to help save the world one computer at a time? If you have a heart for serving others through IT support, this may be the position for you. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and accurate recordkeeping are necessary to be successful in this position.
While coordinating with our IT company, this position provides front-line computer system support to our offices. This requires occasional travel to our branches; thus, a valid CA driver’s license is required. This position is on-site, and not remote.
We are excited to offer this opportunity to be part of our great FAST Team! We are looking for an individual with strong values, drive, initiative, and compassion. We are also looking for the applicant to have the ability to provide outstanding service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Skills/Qualifications: Basic knowledge of command prompt, networks, configuring and troubleshooting; basic hardware installation and troubleshooting knowledge; knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment while supporting other departments as needed. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to research solutions, communicate effectively orally and in written form, organized, and take direction from management.
A+ certification is a plus (but not required).
Salary from $25.00 per hour
Support Services Representative
Full-Time (40 hours)
Position located in our Hanford Branch with Great Benefits.
Seeking a highly responsible, self-motivated person with great attention to detail and an analytical mind to join our great Support Services Department. This position offers a wide variety of tasks with great opportunities to learn new things and contribute to the team behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Internal auditing
- Regulatory Compliance
- IT Support
- Handling Confidential information, clerical duties, and data
- Forms management
- Project Management
- Various Back Office Duties
Qualifications:
- Administrative and clerical procedures and systems, attention to detail, well organized.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Ability to consistently contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- This person must be able to keep information confidential.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy.
Salary from $21.00 per hour
Member Service Representative
25 hours weekly
Position located in our Lemoore Branch.
Responsible to wow members through everyday account transactions, open new accounts, operate a 10-key, basic computer skills, process support paperwork, and follow-up to ensure excellent service!
