Member Service Representative Lead
Full time, 40 hours weekly, with benefits
The Member Services Lead is responsible for assisting the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager to help guide and direct Member Service Representatives to succeed. Leadership and cash-handling experience are a plus. Member Service Representatives wow our members through everyday account transactions, opening new accounts, operating a 10-key, possessing basic computer skills, processing support paperwork, and follow-up to ensure excellent service!
