Member Service Representative Lead - Located in our Hanford Branch

40 hours/week w/benefits

The Member Services Lead is responsible for assisting the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager to help guide and direct Member Service Representatives to succeed. Leadership and cash-handling experience are a plus. Member Service Representatives wow our members through everyday account transactions, opening new accounts, operating a 10-key, possessing basic computer skills, processing support paperwork, and follow-up to ensure excellent service!

Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Member Service Representative - Hanford Branch

25 hours/week

Responsible to wow members through everyday account transactions, open new accounts, operate a 10-key, basic computer skills, process support paperwork, and follow-up to ensure excellent service! 

Salary from $19.00 per hour, based on experience.
