Member Service Representative Lead Position – Full Time (40 hour with benefits) in our Lemoore Branch
Responsible to wow members through everyday account transactions, open new accounts, operate a 10-key, possesses basic computer skills, process support paperwork, and follow-up to ensure excellent service! The lead is responsible for assisting the Member Services Manager and helping to guide and direct Member Service Representatives to succeed. Leadership experience a plus.
HR Support/FAST Coach – Full Time (40 hours with benefits) in our Hanford Branch
If you love helping people succeed, love to learn new things, and have a passion for training, this may be a great position for you! FAST is seeking a highly responsible, self-motivated person with great attention to detail to join the Support Services Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: staff recruitment, applicant screening and onboarding; ongoing staff coaching and training in individual and group settings; assisting in organizing special staff events; clerical and facilities tasks, forms management; and various back office duties. Skills/Qualifications: Administrative and clerical procedures and systems, attention to detail, well organized, excellent oral and written communication skills, and willingness to quickly adapt to change. This person must be able to keep information confidential.
Member Center Representative – Full Time (40 hour with benefits) in our Hanford Branch
Responsible for carrying out accounting and data entry functions while working in our Call Center. The ability to multi-task with Call Center experience is a plus.
Marketing Design – Part Time (20 hour with benefits) in our Hanford Branch
Do you have an eye for photos, love creating fun videos, witty social media posts, and sleek websites? Are you a person who finds yourself grading other people’s ad designs? Or do you dream of seeing your work displayed on a billboard? The applicant should be familiar with web design and Adobe CS5 (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software). They will create the many pieces of our promotions to effectively communicate how FAST can help our community while providing financial products and services. As part of a marketing team, they also help with events and keeping our FUN:SIMPLE:FAST brand standards. Applicants for this position should have a positive attitude, creative energy, and the ability to write professionally.
Cafe Representative – Part Time (20-25 hours) in our FAST Plaza
Responsible to wow customers with their barista and food creation skills in the FAST Plaza. The Cafe serves our members and customers by preparing custom coffee drinks, snacks, and freshly made breakfast and lunch items. Barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but not necessary. Applicants should be highly motivated and possess a professional, positive, energetic personality with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
